Welcome our 2026/2027 Trainees
Proud members of Regional Dance America
The Roxey Ballet Trainees are the pre-professional division of Roxey Ballet Company, trained at our rehearsal studio, Mill Ballet School in New Hope, PA. Trainees are serious young dancers, ages 10–13 and 14–18, who are ready to take their training beyond the classroom. For a full year, Trainees work side by side with Roxey Ballet's professional company artists and choreographers. They get advanced technical training, mentorship, and real production experience, performing alongside the company in productions like The Nutcracker and Dracula's Lair.

Roxey Ballet is a member company of Regional Dance America (RDA), a national
association of pre-professional dance companies. RDA brings companies together
through regional festivals, master classes and performance opportunities.
In May 2026, our Trainees traveled to Albany, NY, for the RDA Northeast Festival at The
Egg. They joined more than 17 pre-professional companies from across the country for
three days of classes, performances and creative exchange with master teachers and
acclaimed choreographers.
