Tickets Information/Policies

Tickets for Roxey Ballet performances can be purchased online or at the venue box office (when available).

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • If a performance is canceled due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will receive a credit toward a future Roxey Ballet performance or event of equal or lesser value.

  • Late seating may be restricted depending on the production.

Planning to attend with a school, organization, community group, or family gathering?

Group discounts may be available for select performances. Groups also have access to customized experiences, including:

Frequently Asked Questions:

What should I wear?

There is no formal dress code. Patrons are welcome to dress comfortably or make it a special occasion.

Can I take photos or video during performances?

Photography, video recording, and livestreaming are generally prohibited during performances unless otherwise announced.

 

What happens if I'm late?

Late seating is at the discretion of venue staff and may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance.

 

Can I bring children?

Absolutely! Many of our productions are family-friendly. Please review individual event descriptions for age recommendations.
