Alicia Worden
Costume Designer

Alicia Worden graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Fashion Design at the top of her class and was awarded Best Senior Collection and Portfolio. She also studied in London at Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design, and finished her schooling at the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC. She worked in the Fashion Industry as manager and dressmaker for private label designer Stephen Cole and was FIT specialist of custom women’s clothing for private clients on Madison Avenue. Later she worked as a designer for Oxford Industries and as a technical designer for Ellen Tracy Inc. Since then she has been a freelance fashion designer for costumes and all types of clothing.

Alicia has been designing, creating, and managing costumes for Roxey Ballet since 2002, which has been a privilege, honor, and pleasure. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Doug Worden, MD, and their two beautiful daughters.
