Moe Izumi

Moe Izumi is from Japan and started dancing ballet when she was three years old. Moe began her studies at Tanake Ballet School and then Kumamoto Music Artist Ballet School. She then participated in Colorado Ballet Summer Intensive in 2015. Her first professional training was at Gelsey Kirkland Academy.  Moe has performed in soloist and principal roles with Gelsey Kirkland Ballet for the last two years. Moe is respectful and highly disciplined, revealing over time a sensitive and artistic nature. She had great success in her roles as Arabian Pas de Deux in Nutcracker, Odalisque variation, as well as the Pas d'Esclave pas de deux from Le Corsaire. Moe is a high level classical dancer with classical ballerina qualities, technique like steel. She is super honored to be dancing with Mark Roxey and the Roxey Ballet.
